About the estate
Located in Martinsdorf in the Weinviertel region, the Pratsch family winery is run by two generations, with the parents actively involved in the estate. Tradition and innovation characterize the approach of the winery, which produces wines ranging from Grüner Veltliner to Blauburger. The white wines are predominantly chilled and fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks, whereas the red wines undergo mash fermentation and mature in wooden casks in the red wine cellar. Great importance is attached to the single-varietal processing of the grapes, which receive careful cultivation in both steel tanks and wooden casks.
