About the estate
The Podere Campriano estate is located in the heart of Chianti Classico in Tuscany and has been owned by the Lapini family since 1939. This traditional family-run business is currently managed by the third and fourth generations, Elena, Luca and Pietro. Covering three hectares of vineyards, the organically operating winery produces wines under the Chianti Classico DOCG and Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG denominations. The transition to specialized wine production took place following vineyard restructuring efforts beginning in the 1970s. In addition to winemaking, the family runs an agritourism business and produces extra virgin olive oil.
