About the estate
The Pimpel winery is located in the Austrian wine region of Carnuntum in Petronell-Carnuntum, where the Romans once shaped wine culture. The area is characterized by strong soils, a pannonian climate, and cool winds from the Danube wetlands. The estate produces authentic and distinctive wines with passion, traditional manual work, and dedication. Its vineyards include sites at Spitzerberg in Prellenkirchen, where mineral limestone soils impart characteristic freshness and spice to the wines. In addition to wine production, the estate offers venues for celebrations, wine tastings, and personal tours by the winemaker.
