About the estate
The Pierre-André Gallay estate was acquired in 2007 and encompasses six and a half hectares of vineyards. The soils of the parcels were scientifically analysed by the specialist Claude Bourguignon to determine the potential of the location. The focus of the cultivation is on the Chasselas grape variety, which accounts for seventy percent of the cultivated area and produces wines from a classified lieu-dit in the vineyard of Féchy. For cultivation and vinification, the winery relies on environmentally friendly and respectful methods in harmony with natural mechanisms.
