The Pfannmüller Weine estate is managed by trained winemaker and sommelier Jona Pfannmüller in Alzenau in Franconia. The winery places great emphasis on traditional winemaking interpreted in a modern way to reflect the local terroir. Alongside classic grape varieties such as Riesling and Müller-Thurgau, the winemaker also cultivates fungus-resistant varieties like Sauvignac. The portfolio includes regional wines distributed directly at the estate, through doorstep delivery, in selected retail outlets, and in gastronomy.
