About the estate

The Perger estate is operated by Thomas and Michaela Perger in Bad Deutsch-Altenburg within the Carnuntum wine region. Viticulture is practiced in the third generation by the family, building on many years of experience in cellar management. The portfolio includes quality wines with a particular focus on red varieties such as Blaufränkisch. Training at institutions including the Krems School of Wine and Viticulture contributed to the expertise in vineyard management and winemaking. The offering is complemented by a traditional wine tavern at the estate.

The eno directory lists 15 wines, mostly from Blaufränkisch and Grüner Veltliner. The estate sells to retail. Export markets include Germany and Slovakia.
