About the estate

The Paschek family winery is located at Eichberg in Leutschach an der Weinstraße in South Styria. The estate cultivates vineyards featuring grape varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Yellow Muskateller, Welschriesling, Pinot Blanc, and Sämling. The white wines predominantly carry the South Styria DAC designation of origin, alongside the Eichberg local designation for selectively harvested grapes. Eckhard Paschek manages production as winegrower and cellar master, while Romana Paschek organizes wine tastings, among other responsibilities. In addition to quality wines and noble brandies, the product range includes sparkling wines such as Sekt Austria Reserve and Sekt Austria Große Reserve from the Stefflweiss single vineyard.
