About the estate
Founded in 1907, the Parigot & Richard estate manages twelve hectares of vineyards in the Côte d’Or. The plots are located across the Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, and Hautes Côtes de Beaune, featuring clay-limestone soils and ideal sun exposure. Harvesting is done by hand, and a sorting table is used to ensure optimal health of the grapes. Vinification takes place separately by origin and grape variety in stainless steel tanks, without fining or filtration. The estate specializes in traditional method sparkling wines, characterized by prolonged aging on the lees in cellars.
