About the estate
The Palacio de Nevares winery is housed in a former livestock stable featuring vaulted architecture in Asturias. Located in one of the northernmost wine-growing areas of the Iberian Peninsula, the estate vinifies grapes from its own vineyards situated just a short distance away. The winery utilizes a traditional two-level gravity-fed winemaking system to naturally transfer the must to the fermentation tanks without the use of pumps. Hand-harvesting and careful selection complement this gentle approach, focusing on grape varieties such as Albarín, Riesling, and Gewürztraminer.
