About the estate

The Pago del Vicario estate is situated on the banks of the Guadiana River in the Montes de Toledo and spans 130 hectares of vineyards. The avant-garde architecture of the winery integrates naturally into the landscape, combining modern technology with traditional processes. The vineyards are cultivated with grape varieties including Tempranillo, Garnacha Tintorera, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Graciano, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. Wine maturation takes place in a barrel cellar featuring various types of oak, predominantly French, alongside American and Caucasian oak. The property's offerings are complemented by a boutique hotel and a restaurant.
