The Pago de la Jaraba estate is located in the heart of La Mancha between the municipalities of Villarrobledo and El Provencio. The property spans 77 hectares of vineyards influenced by a distinctive microclimate and was acquired by the current family in 1997. In 2019, the European Union recognized the area as a Denominación de Origen Pago. Cultivated grape varieties include Tempranillo, Graciano, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc. Winemaking focuses on minimal intervention utilizing concrete tanks and subsequent aging in French oak barrels.
