About the estate
The Ô Fâya Farm estate, located in Aven in the Valais, was founded in 2020 by Ilona. After initial beginnings in the heights above Saxon, the winery is now jointly managed with Denis, cultivating vineyards and operating its own cellar under the AOC Valais denomination. In addition to viticulture, the agricultural enterprise includes farm animals such as sheep, donkeys, and cows. The project combines traditional practices with modern approaches and has established a presence in the Swiss wine landscape.
