About the estate

The Niessl estate is located in Jois on Lake Neusiedl on the southern slopes of the Leitha Mountains. The winery is managed by the family across multiple generations and looks back on a long tradition in viticulture. The vineyards benefit from a unique Pannonian microclimate that creates optimal conditions for the vines. In the modern cellar, the family processes the grapes into quality wines using technical equipment such as temperature-controlled fermentation tanks. In addition to wine, the estate's portfolio also includes products such as vinegar.
