The Nicolas Boudeau estate was founded in 2007 by Nicolas Boudeau in Odenas, located in the Beaujolais region. Today, the artisanal winery manages 15 hectares of vineyards spanning the AOC Brouilly, AOC Côte de Brouilly, and AOC Beaujolais-Villages appellations. The parcels feature deep granitic soils and siliceous volcanic rocks where old vines are cultivated using traditional training methods. Through sustainable agricultural practices, reasoned cultivation, and traditional vinification with native yeasts, the estate crafts expressive regional wines.
