About the estate

The Netzl Franz & Christine estate is run as a family business across six generations and cultivates 28 hectares of vineyards in the Carnuntum wine region in Austria. Organic farming is a top priority in order to produce characterful wines in harmony with nature. The vineyards situated in the hills around Göttlesbrunn feature a Pannonian climate, diverse soils such as loess and gravel, as well as influences from the Danube and Lake Neusiedl. Through time, attention, and gentle vinification, the winery crafts regionally authentic wines that are exported to numerous countries worldwide.

The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Gelber Muskateller and Zweigelt. Export markets include Germany, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Luxembourg.
