About the estate
The MoS winery was founded by Luca and Federico, who started their own interpretation of the region in the Cembra Valley with the 2018 harvest. On a vineyard area of 2.5 hectares, they cultivate plots across different municipalities at altitudes between 220 and 680 meters. The steep vineyards are characterized by historical dry stone walls and require demanding labor with minimal mechanization. They cultivate six different grape varieties, including Chardonnay, Riesling, Schiava, Müller Thurgau, Pinot Grigio, and Pinot Nero, following sustainable and natural principles. In the cellar, these grapes are crafted into authentic and fresh wines across two distinct lines.
