About the estate
The Morgante winery cultivates 200 hectares of vineyards located around Grotte in the southern part of Sicily, spread across numerous small plots. The Morgante family founded the estate with the commitment to focus on native grape varieties such as Nero d’Avola and to produce wines under difficult climatic conditions. During production, the enterprise relies on mechanization and modern technology to overcome the natural challenges of the arid and hot soils. The wines are produced under the Sicilia DOC denomination and distributed internationally.
