Monte Castelon

About the estate

The Monte Castelon winery is located in Marano di Valpolicella in the Veneto region and is managed by the Tommasi family. The estate comprises seven hectares of hilly vineyards featuring clay-limestone soils with dry-stone walls, where vines are trained using the traditional pergola veronese system. The winery follows organic farming practices and carries out manual harvesting to select the best grapes. Cultivation focuses exclusively on native grape varieties such as Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara. The estate is also a member of the Federazione Italiana Vignaioli Indipendenti.
