About the estate
The Alsatian wine estate Meyer & Fils looks back on a family tradition since 1708 and cultivates eight hectares of vineyards. The vines are spread across five municipalities, offering diverse terroirs to match the soils with the respective grape varieties. In the vineyard, the focus is on strengthening natural balances alongside the application of organic products and tailored soil management. Vinification in the cellar relies on hand-harvesting, gentle pneumatic pressing, and the use of indigenous yeasts. Special emphasis is placed on minimizing sulfur usage and aging the wines carefully on the fine lees.
