About the estate
The Merenda Con Corvi winery was established in 1999 from the pre-existence of a small wine estate and is located in Pinerolo, Italy. The property spans three hectares, with slightly more than one third planted with vines on the steep, south-facing Monteoliveto hill at an altitude of 420 meters. Cultivated grape varieties include the traditional Barbera, alongside small quantities of international varieties such as Merlot and Pinot Noir as well as Nebbiolo. With a strong emphasis on quality rather than quantity, the total annual production does not exceed 3,500 bottles. Vinification takes place in a technologically advanced cellar utilizing temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and maturation in French oak barrels.
