About the estate
The Mas Laval estate is located in the exceptional terroir of Aniane, surrounded by wild nature between the Arboussas massif and the foothills of the Cévennes. The 35-hectare vineyard is planted with traditional grape varieties including Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Chardonnay, and Viognier. Vineyard management has been certified under the Terra Vitis sustainable agriculture scheme since 2017 and features manual harvesting as well as limited mechanical work to preserve the soil. Traditional vinification involves manual cap punching and aging for eight to 24 months in Burgundian barrels and foudres. The wines are blended and bottled without being filtered or fined.
