About the estate
The Marmenio winery, based in Vardisubani in the Kakheti region of Georgia, was founded in 2020 by an American winemaker. Grapes are sourced locally from the estate's own vineyard located in the Alazani Valley. The production relies entirely on natural methods without additives, utilizing traditional clay pots known as Qvevris buried in the ground alongside manual tools. The portfolio includes the grape varieties Rkatsiteli, Saperavi, Khikhvi, and Mtsvane.
The eno directory lists 4 wines, mostly from Rkatsiteli and Saperavi.
