About the estate
The Marinig estate has been cultivating eight hectares of vineyards in Prepotto within the Colli Orientali del Friuli for six generations since 1808. The vineyards are situated on the region's characteristic marly clay and limestone soils known as ponca. The winery is managed by Valerio Marinig together with his wife Michela. Harvesting is carried out exclusively by hand to ensure healthy and ripe grapes for cellar work. The portfolio includes both international classics and native Friulian grape varieties.
