About the estate
The Manenti Guglielmo Ignazio winery was established in 2006 with the first harvest and the bottling of Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG. Over the subsequent years, the production was diversified by cultivating the native grape varieties Nero d’Avola and Frappato. Vineyard management rejects the use of invasive chemical substances to ensure a natural and healthy approach to viticulture. The estate operates on the foundational principles of honesty and sincerity, aiming to reflect the traditions of its territory of origin in Sicily.
