About the estate
The Lissner Clément estate, located in Wolxheim, Alsace, traces its history back to 1848 when it was founded by Nicolas Lissner, an immigrant from Poland. Today, the winery farms two hectares of vineyards and produces wines under the AOC Alsace and AOC Alsace Grand Cru designations. The estate follows organic farming practices with a strong emphasis on biodiversity and minimal intervention, avoiding soil tillage or leaf removal. A philosophy of non-interference in both the vineyard and the cellar shapes the style of these distinctive regional wines.
