About the estate
The Leth estate in Fels am Wagram is run by the family in the third generation. Viticulture takes place in organic and sustainably certified vineyards in harmony with nature and completely without herbicides or insecticides. Grüner Veltliner plays the leading role in the range, complemented by traditional Roter Veltliner and Riesling. The vines grow on the massive loess formations of the Wagram region, which are characterized by calcareous soils and the Pannonian climate. Cellar master Franz Leth jun. vinifies fresh regional and local wines as well as complex single-vineyard wines from the classified Erste Lage sites.
