The Les vins du coteau estate is a small family business located in Rivaz in the heart of Lavaux. Spanning one and a half hectares, the estate cultivates terraced vineyards that benefit from a favorable microclimate and maximum sunshine. The plantings consist of two-thirds white varieties like Chasselas and one-third red varieties such as Gamay, Pinot Noir, Gamaret, Diolinoir, and Syrah. The produced denominations include AOC Dézaley Grand Cru, AOC Lavaux, AOC St-Saphorin, and AOC Vaud.
