About the estate
The Leindl estate was founded in Zöbing by Georg Leindl after many years of work as an oenologist, operating in partnership with Martin Nigl and his son Martin junior. Most of the vineyards are situated in the northern, cooler sites of the Kamptal, which allow for a later harvest and yield wines defined by freshness and depth. The primary focus rests on the regional grape varieties Grüner Veltliner and Riesling, producing a spectrum ranging from light entry-level wines to reserves. This portfolio is rounded out by Yellow Muskateller and Viognier. In the cellar, the winery combines traditional vineyard practices with contemporary processing methods.
