About the estate
The Le Loup Blanc estate is located in the Minervois region of Languedoc, situated on a high-altitude terroir between Bize and Saint-Jean-de-Minervois. The property spans 16 hectares of vineyards, featuring some parcels planted as early as the 1950s. Farming is conducted using organic and biodynamic practices, relying entirely on manual harvesting and natural vinification without additives. The white wines are crafted from grape varieties such as Grenache, Terret, Maccabeu, and Carignan, while the red wines predominantly utilize Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, and Syrah. The winery is collectively run by Carine Farre, Benoît Enjalbal, Alain Rochard, and Jean-Philippe Maestre.
