The Le Domaine du Chêne estate is a family-run house in Saint-Palais-de-Phiolin with origins dating back to 1865. The property encompasses a vineyard area of just over 90 hectares and controls the entire production process from vinification and distillation to aging in the estate's own cellars. The portfolio features products such as Cognac and Pineau des Charentes, created through a combination of traditional methods and a modernized approach. The winery practices sustainable viticulture, holding certifications including High Environmental Value. Today, Jean-Marie Baillif works alongside his children to continue the property's history and preserve the character of the local terroir.
