About the estate

The Le Chai d'Emilien estate was founded in 2014 in the village of Sussargues, where Émilien took over the vineyards that numerous generations before him had kept alive. Together with his wife Ophélie, they run the property while maintaining a commitment to working closely with nature and the rhythms of the seasons. On their family parcels situated amidst the garrigue on rolled pebbles, they cultivate typical grape varieties of Languedoc. This approach results in supple, harmonious, and refined wines that express the character of their terroir.
