About the estate
The Larsen Cognac house was founded in 1926 by Jens Reidar Larsen, who left his hometown of Tromsø in Norway for the Cognac region. Production relies on a double distillation of the wines without the lees to preserve the original fruit aromas and the finesse of the eaux-de-vie. For aging, the company uses barrels crafted from fine-grained oak sourced from the Tronçais forest with a very light toast. Master Blender David Croizet continues this tradition, focusing on fruit, purity, and elegance when blending the various spirits. The portfolio includes cognacs dedicated to this characteristic style.
