About the estate
The Maison Gautier - Cognac estate is located in Aigre within the Charente region and looks back on a long history as one of the oldest cognac houses in the world. The Gautier family has been producing unique cognacs here for many generations. The maturation takes place in the estate's cellars, which are situated directly above the Osme River. This special location provides a unique, humid microclimate in the cellars that shapes the slow maturation of the eaux-de-vie and the characteristic taste.
The eno directory lists 11 wines. The estate sells to retail.
