The La Ferme des Confluences estate is located in Saint-Fiacre-sur-Maine in the Loire Valley, situated between the Sèvre and Maine rivers in the heart of the Muscadet region. The vineyards rest on granodiorite and gneiss soils across the Armorican Massif. The grape varieties cultivated organically include Melon de Bourgogne, Folle Blanche, Chardonnay, Côt, and Égiodola. Vineyard management practices feature Guyot pruning, soil cultivation, and manual harvesting. Vinification involves spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and minimal additives, followed by aging in barrels as well as in underground and above-ground fiberglass and stainless-steel vats.
