La Cadalora

About the estate

The La Cadalora estate has been run by the Tomasi family for seven generations, taking over the parental business in 1982. Across approximately twelve hectares of vineyards in the conca di Santa Margherita, situated at altitudes between 180 and 350 meters, grape varieties such as Pinot nero, Pinot grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Gewürztraminer, Marzemino, and Casetta are cultivated. Cultivation relies on the traditional pergola trentina system with increased vine density per hectare and manual harvesting. The wines reflect the specific terroir of the region and are crafted according to artisanal principles. The winery distributes its products under denominations including Delle Venezie DOC, Vallagarina IGT, and Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT.
