About the estate
The family-run Konrad estate has been engaged in viticulture for generations in the Wachau, cultivating vineyards such as Loibenberg, Schütt, and Burgstall. The vines thrive on greened loam and primary rock soils on steep slopes and terraces. Grüner Veltliner and Riesling are the most important grape varieties, produced in the styles of Steinfeder, Federspiel, and Smaragd. Sustainable vineyard management combines traditional experience with innovative ideas, leading to healthy grapes following careful manual harvesting. Gentle processing is carried out through soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Grüner Veltliner and Riesling.
