About the estate

The Komic winery is managed in the third generation and is located in the hills around Gorizia in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. The history of the estate began in the post-war period through the grandparents who focused on agriculture in the Ponca soil of Gardisciutta. Today, the family-run estate cultivates twelve hectares of vineyards in a natural environment, stretching across the surrounding hills up to an altitude of over two hundred meters. The wines are produced in the Collio DOC denomination, where the family continues the cultivation and winemaking tradition.
