About the estate
The Koller estate is located in the Wildbachtal in Western Styria. The steep vineyards are cultivated through elaborate manual labor ranging from pruning to the grape harvest. Close-to-nature viticulture includes moderate pruning to avoid overburdening the vines as well as supplying them with humus. Following manual harvesting, grape seeds are separated by hand, dried, and roasted for use as spices.
