The traditional Jordan estate in Pulkau looks back on a history dating back to 1858 and is managed today in the fourth generation by Simone and Hannes Hiller-Jordan. The vineyards are located in the northwestern Weinviertel at the foothills of the Manhartsberg, where primary rock soils and the convergence of Pannonian and cooler climates shape the terroir. The winery focuses on close-to-nature and sustainable management with conscious yield reduction and consistent foliage work. The result is expressive wines that are vinified with great sensitivity and reflect their origin.
