About the estate

The Inavarde winery was founded in 2019 by Fabio Bolognese in the eastern Georgian wine region of Kakheti. Located in the Alazani Valley at the foothills of the Greater Caucasus, the estate cultivates its own organic vineyard completely free of chemicals. The estate specializes in low-intervention natural wines, including red and orange wines produced in buried kvevris. Production relies on spontaneous fermentation using wild yeasts, the avoidance of any additives such as sulfur, and filtration achieved solely through time and patience. These skin-contact wines are crafted to express their origin and vintage with high aging potential.

Export markets include Switzerland.
