About the estate

The Alois Höllerer OG winery looks back on more than 200 years of family tradition in winemaking and is managed by the Höllerer family today. The 23 hectares of vineyards are spread across the southern Kamptal region and the Wagram area. On soils such as loess, gneiss, and terraced gravel, the grapes thrive under the influence of diverse microclimates. The estate consciously avoids insecticides and herbicides, relying instead on hand harvesting and vegan winemaking methods. The wines are produced under the Kamptal DAC denomination and are distributed internationally as well.

The eno directory lists 5 wines, mostly from Welschriesling and Rösler. The estate sells to distributors, horeca and retail. Export markets include Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands and Belgium.
