About the estate
The Hiedler estate in Langenlois looks back on a long family history and was founded in 1856. Today, brothers Ludwig and Dietmar Hiedler farm around 8 hectares of vineyards in the Kamptal region. Well-known vineyard sites of the estate include Thal, Kittmannsberg, Schenkenbichl, Käferberg, Steinhaus, Gaisberg, and Heiligenstein. The traditional winery is a co-founder of the Austrian Traditional Wine Estates association and produces authentic, handcrafted wines under the Kamptal DAC denomination. The cultivation of steep terraced vineyards and careful vinification reflect the character of the origin.
Export markets include Belgium, Germany, Netherlands and Switzerland.
