About the estate
The Hartweg estate is located in the Alsatian village of Beblenheim, between Ribeauvillé and Riquewihr. The family manages a ten-hectare vineyard across the surrounding communes between Mittelwihr and Ribeauvillé, continuing a tradition passed down from father to son over several generations. After completing his oenology studies in 1996, Frank Hartweg joined his parents in the business as the fourth generation of winemakers and now leads the estate. The portfolio comprises around 50 different wines, including products from the AOC Alsace and AOC Alsace Grand Cru denominations with the Sonnenglanz and Mandelberg sites.
