About the estate
The Grabner-Schierer estate cultivates twenty hectares of vineyards in Sooß within the Thermenregion. The tradition-conscious winery is run as a family business, focusing on the exchange of experience between generations. In the modern press house, grapes are processed gently by utilizing the natural slope. Depending on the grape variety and desired wine style, maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks or small wooden barrels. Alongside fruit-driven white wines, the portfolio includes both elegant and powerful, long-lived red wines.
