About the estate
The Gino Pedrotti estate was founded at the beginning of the last century by grandfather Giuseppe, who began vinifying his own grapes after the First World War. Today, the family-run winery located in Cavedine in the Trentino-Alto Adige region is managed by the subsequent generations Tullia, Clara, and Giuseppe. All estate-owned vineyards are situated around the property and on the slopes adjacent to Lake Cavedine, benefiting from favorable winds and a mild climate. Cultivation is certified organic according to ICEA standards and is complemented by biodynamic practices. In 2012, the winery celebrated its one-hundredth anniversary.
