The Gilberries and Wine estate located in Rátka in the Tokaj region of Hungary farms a vineyard area of 2.5 hectares. Founded in 2018 and organically farmed since 2021, the small winery produces around 8000 bottles of wine annually with great attention to detail. The vineyards extend across the Mád-Juharos and Rátka-Istenhegy parcels, featuring diverse soils. The grape variety portfolio includes Furmint, Hárslevelű, Sárgamuskotály, Zéta, and Kabar. The wines are aged in Zemplén oak barrels and steel tanks.
