The Gil Luna, S.L. estate was founded as a family business in 2004 in the Toro region, drawing on a long-standing tradition in the wine sector. The production combines the decades of experience and pioneering work of Wences with a modern vision brought by Patricia. Together with other family members, they form the core of the winery. Throughout this process, the estate places great emphasis on product quality and environmental protection through organic production.

Tres Lunas Vedejo es el primer vino de la D.O. Toro con certificado ecológico europeo. Está elaborado con uva procedente de viñedos muy viejos de la variedad verdejo cuyo rendimiento por hectárea es muy pequeño.
