About the estate

The Geyerhof estate is located in the Kremstal region of Lower Austria and is managed by the Maier family in the 14th generation, with the history of the farm dating back to 1072. Spanning 23 hectares of vineyards, the winery produces wines such as Grüner Veltliner and Riesling from sites featuring diverse soil types including granulite, loess, and conglomerate. Since 1988, the estate has operated according to organic farming guidelines, practicing hand harvesting and maintaining low yields. The wines are vinified with minimal intervention in the cellar, achieving notable complexity through late harvesting.
