About the estate
The Gevelli winery is situated in the picturesque Alazani Valley in the Kakheti region of Georgia and encompasses over 40 hectares of vineyards. The historical significance of the land dates back to the 18th century when the property was managed by Solomon Lionidze. Surrounded by the Caucasus Mountains and the Tsiv-Gombori mountain range, the natural enclave provides a unique microclimate and terroir ideal for viticulture. Recognized as the first professional Polish-Georgian winery in the area, the estate combines traditional expertise with rigorous international production standards such as IFS Food. The resulting wines have received multiple awards at prestigious competitions including Decanter, Mundus Vini, and the IWSC.
