About the estate
The Freudorfer estate is a small wine-growing business located in the heart of Gumpoldskirchen in the Thermenregion. The winery cultivates approximately 1.2 hectares of vineyards with vines trained in semi-high training systems. Great importance is attached to yield reduction for quality purposes, ranging from pruning in spring and shoot thinning to defoliation in autumn. For the gentle processing of the grapes, the estate uses a pneumatic tank press in the cellar. The production of wine combines artisanal care with the traditional conditions of the wine-growing region.
